Grant Park/Summerhill/East Atlanta Apartment Buildings

Grant Park, Summerhill and East Atlanta sit southeast of Downtown. Grant Park is one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, wrapped around the 131-acre park that gives it its name and Zoo Atlanta inside it. Summerhill occupies the former Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium and Turner Field site, now Georgia State’s Center Parc Stadium, and has been redeveloped along Georgia Avenue. East Atlanta Village, further east, is a small commercial strip at Flat Shoals and Glenwood. The BeltLine’s Southside Trail runs through the district.

The 12 buildings listed here hold roughly 4,200 apartments. Nothing predates 2011, the median year is 2021 and seven opened in 2020 or later, which makes this the newest stock in the directory after Midtown. The median building has five floors and the tallest has seven. Eleven of the 12 are near MARTA rail, seven of them closest to King Memorial station, putting most of the district on the Blue and Green lines; Allora Eastland, south of East Atlanta Village, has no station within two miles.
