Midtown Apartment Buildings

Midtown is Atlanta’s second business district, running along Peachtree Street from North Avenue north to I-85, with Piedmont Park on its eastern edge and the Downtown Connector on its western. Georgia Tech sits at the southwest corner, and the Woodruff Arts Center, the High Museum of Art, the Fox Theatre and the Atlanta Botanical Garden are all inside the district. More high-rise residential construction has landed here over the past decade than anywhere else in metro Atlanta, most of it on Peachtree Street or within a block or two of it.

The 28 buildings listed here hold roughly 10,200 apartments. Every one was completed in 2013 or later and eleven opened in 2020 or after, making this the newest large rental submarket in the city. They are also the tallest: the median building has 28 floors and the tallest, finished in 2026, has 60. All 28 are near MARTA rail — eighteen closest to Midtown station, eight to Arts Center and two to North Avenue, all on the Red and Gold lines. Each building page lists its nearest station and the straight-line distance to it.
