Rosemont Dunwoody is a garden-style community with 608 apartments spread across two-story buildings at 501 Northridge Rd, in the northern part of the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody area (the mailing address reads Atlanta). Completed in 1980, its low buildings cover a broad site well north of Perimeter Center.
What amenities does Rosemont Dunwoody have?
The community’s website says pets are allowed and lists a fitness center and laundry facilities. It doesn’t publish an apartment features list, so the website doesn’t list washers and dryers in the apartments. Fees and pet rules change, so confirm them with the leasing office before you apply.
Where is Rosemont Dunwoody located?
Northridge Road runs through the northern part of the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody area, well north of the Perimeter Center business district. The surroundings are suburban, with apartment communities, office parks and single-family subdivisions, and Roswell Road’s shopping lies to the west. GA-400 provides a direct route south to Perimeter Center, Buckhead and Midtown and north toward Roswell and Alpharetta, and the Chattahoochee River corridor is a short drive north. The Pointe at Canyon Ridge is about 0.3 miles away, and Azalea Park at Sandy Springs is about 0.8 miles away.
Getting around from Rosemont Dunwoody
There is no MARTA rail station within two miles, so residents generally rely on cars. GA-400 is the key route, with Interstate 285 a short drive south and Roswell Road for local trips. For rail, the Red Line’s North Springs terminus is the obvious starting point, reached by car or bus, with trains from there to Midtown, Downtown and the airport.
Who is Rosemont Dunwoody a good fit for?
Renters with a car who want a large, low-rise community with quick access to GA-400. Check laundry arrangements first, since the website doesn’t list washers and dryers in the apartments.
