Buckhead is Atlanta’s northern business and retail district, centered on the Peachtree Road corridor between Peachtree Creek and the Roswell Road split. Office towers cluster at Peachtree and Lenox Road, and Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza anchor the retail. Away from the corridor the district turns residential quickly, into Garden Hills, Peachtree Hills, Buckhead Village and the large-lot streets west of Peachtree. It is the only part of Atlanta outside Downtown and Midtown with a concentration of residential towers.
The 28 buildings listed here hold roughly 9,900 apartments, completed between 1992 and 2026. The median year is 2017 and eight opened in 2020 or later, but only two predate 2000. Heights split along the same lines as the geography: the median building has 12 floors and the tallest has 35, with the high-rises along Peachtree Road and the lower courtyard communities off Roswell Road and Piedmont Road. All 28 are near MARTA rail — 22 closest to Buckhead station, four to Lenox and two to Lindbergh Center, mostly on the Red line.
