Atlantic Station/Home Park Apartment Buildings

Atlantic Station occupies the former Atlantic Steel mill site west of Midtown, connected to it by the 17th Street bridge over the Downtown Connector. Built out from the mid-2000s, it is a planned mixed-use district of retail, offices, a cinema and residential blocks on a street grid of its own. Home Park is the older neighborhood just to the south, a grid of early-twentieth-century houses between Georgia Tech and Howell Mill Road.

The eight buildings listed here hold roughly 2,300 apartments, completed between 2004 and 2024 — the oldest opened a year before Atlantic Station itself. The median year is 2008 and only one has been completed since 2020, so this is a more settled stock than the neighborhoods on either side of it. The median building has five floors and the tallest has 12. All eight are near MARTA rail, seven of them closest to Arts Center station and one to Midtown, both on the Red and Gold lines.
