The Wynne

Built in 1983, The Wynne is a garden-style rental community with 618 apartments in two-story buildings at 3497 Meadowglen Village Ln in Doraville. It is one of the largest communities in Chamblee/Doraville, spread across low-rise buildings on a residential street.

What amenities does The Wynne have?

The community’s website lists a fitness center and says pets are allowed. Washers and dryers are included in select apartments, and others have washer and dryer connections, so ask which floor plans come with machines. Fees and pet rules change, so confirm them with the leasing office before you apply.

Where is The Wynne located?

Meadowglen Village Lane is a residential street in Doraville, a small DeKalb County city closely tied to Buford Highway, the corridor of international restaurants, bakeries and markets that runs through it toward Gwinnett County. The immediate surroundings are typical of suburban north DeKalb: apartment communities, single-family neighborhoods and shopping centers. Chamblee is to the southwest, and Perimeter Center and Gwinnett County’s commercial corridors are within driving distance. Wood Terrace is the closest other building in this directory, about 0.2 miles away.

Getting around from The Wynne

No MARTA rail station is within two miles, so daily travel here is mostly by car. Interstate 285 and Interstate 85 both serve this part of DeKalb County, and Buford Highway and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard are the surface routes toward Chamblee, Brookhaven and Buckhead. For rail trips Downtown or to the airport, residents drive or take a bus to a Gold Line station.

Who is The Wynne a good fit for?

Renters with a car who want a large, established two-story community near Buford Highway, with a fitness center and a pet-friendly policy. Check whether your floor plan has a washer and dryer or only connections.
